Watson Communications provides 24x7 on-site repair services. These services are available at no charge to Watson maintenance customers and at a fee for non-maintenance customers.

Emergency and non-emergency requests for service or changes may be placed by calling our Customer Service department at (610) 631-5454, option 2.

Non-emergency service or change requests may also be sent to our Customer Service department via email at custserv@watsonconnects.com or faxed to (610) 631-7030.
